Interior Window Well DrainList Item 1
Flood Pros will install a drain inside your foundation by your window well. This is only effective if you are installing a drain tile system or if you have an existing drain tile system for it to feed into.

Window Well Dig Out
Over time leaves, mud, and debris get trapped in your window well causing it not to drain. Flood Pros will dig out your window approximately 1-2 feet and fill it with fresh gravel to allow it to drain again properly!

Another common issue of seepage in a basement is where the foundation has been cut for sewage piping of electrical lines entering into the basement. With the ground constantly shifting piping and other penetrations into the foundation will eventually need sealing.
